Starting the Fit America Personal Weight Loss Program is simple and easy.


Please use your personal email address as your user name. If you share an email address with another registered Fit America client, you will need to obtain your own personal email address. Because our program is confidential and HIPPA compliant, email addresses must be exclusive to each individual. Your password can be any combination of easy to remember letters and numbers.

All information is confidential

Fit America is HIPPA compliant, which means all your personal information is confidential and will not be available to anyone but those with whom you share it.

After registration

The “My Account” tab on this website will be your gateway to all the articles you have read as well as the location where your Personal Health Diagnostic will be housed. Any changes to your account (phone number, address, email, doctor, etc.) will be done through that tab. If you should take the Personal Health Diagnostic more than one time, your latest report will be saved automatically.

Counseling & Support

You may be losing weight FOR yourself… but never BY yourself! Your doctor’s staff, along with Fit America’s Wellness Team, are available to support and guide you throughout your weight loss process and for as long as you need us.

We Profile You Individually

Our Personal Health Diagnostic is a questionnaire that you complete online, which identifies eating habits, lifestyle, medication use and family history. It was created by doctors and psychologists and was designed to provide you with insight as to your body’s health and weight challenges.

It also identifies nutritional deficiencies that are likely to be present due to medication use and lists the nutrients that can be replenished through diet and vitamin supplementation.

The report you will receive, and are encouraged to share with your doctor, is a result of the profile that you complete online and will provide suggestions to help resolve problem areas, improve health, increase personal performance, lose weight and feel great.
