HOW DO I KNOW WHAT PRODUCTS TO BUY?

Everybody is biochemically different, however, we all have a need to elevate our metabolism and control appetite to achieve weight loss results.  Taking the Personal Health Diagnostic, which is available on the WELLNESS CENTER,  will help you better understand your body and what may be blocking your ability to lose.

Maximum weight loss can only be achieved when your body is in nutritional and hormonal balance.  Many necessary prescription drugs will leach important nutrients from your system that will cause an imbalance and additional fat stores.

Unless you replace those nutrients with supplements, your body will store fat while potentially compromising your immune system.  When you take the Personal Health Diagnostic and identify the prescription drugs you are currently taking when doing the Profile, you will be provided with a list of nutrients that are leached from your system due to these medications.  We also provide you with the supplements needed to replace those nutrients.

RX Caps (which can only be ordered by prescription)

SUPREME

RX CAPS:  Because so many of our clients have loved RX Caps over the past 20 years, we have included them in our current product line, however, they now require a prescription since ephedrine is a controlled ingredient.  Please note, we are getting the same 12-15 pound result with Supreme, which does not require a prescription.

SUPREME:   Supreme is our newest weight loss product and has been shown to be every bit as effective as our prescription option.  In fact, Dr. Oz did a piece on one of the SUPREME ingredients, 7-Keto, recently.  SUPREME is a combination of 3 ingredients, all clinically proven for weight loss results:  Lipticore, 7-Keto DHEA and CLA.  The average weight loss is 12-15 lbs. per month, which is the same as we experience with the original Fit America and it saves you the cost of a doctor’s visit.

We always suggest Supreme or RX Caps be used in association with the Accelerator, which is similar to the yellow mineral tablet that we gave with the Original formula.  The Accelerator is a combination of B-vitamins, including 1000 mcg of B-12 and Guarana that provides a subtle energy boost and significantly assists weight loss.

No matter what plan you choose, full instructions and eating guidelines come with your products.

HOW DOES THE FIT PROGRAM WORK?

Fit America is a “No Diet” weight loss system that promotes realistic, health eating.  Because we encourage you to eat the same way during the weight loss process as you will eat after your overweight is lost, there will be no reason to gain weight back.

We encourage a high protein, low starchy carb eating plan. You may drink alcohol with either the SUPREME or RX Cap weight loss products during your weight loss program.

5 easy steps to make weight loss much more effective:

  • Stop Dieting and Eat Realistically. Do not make drastic food changes that cannot be maintained long-term. Sweets, cheeses and snack foods are obvious areas that can most likely be adjusted. There is no advantage to eliminating items from any daily menu while trying to lose weight if those items will be eaten again when the desired weight goal has been achieved.
  • Food Rotation. Rotate all foods every 24 hours. If chicken is eaten on Monday, avoid it on Tuesday. This rule applies to everything consumed, even those things that do not have any calories. Lettuce is an excellent example. If you eat iceberg lettuce on Monday, you should have bibb lettuce on Tuesday and romaine on Wednesday. The change will keep your metabolic level much more active and your body functioning more efficiently.
  • Drink Water. Water is the only liquid that will flush fats out of the body. Water beverages such as coffee or tea are not water. Soda is not water. Everyone must drink six to eight, 8-ounce glasses of water daily to eliminate the fats the body is breaking down. If you are having problems drinking water, drink it through a straw; you will drink two to three times more than drinking directly from a glass.
  • Food Trading. Many food alternatives high in protein or low in fat calories can be substituted for food containing less desirable characteristics. Once educated about alternative foods, it is a lot easier to make smart choices. Grate your cheese, don’t slice it. Eat sugar-free popsicles or fat-free frozen yogurt instead of ice cream. Eat fat-free pretzels, not chips. Eat whole grains and avoid white starches; a sweet potato is better than a white potato, wild or brown rice is better than white rice. At any level, for any kind of food category, there is an alternative that is both satisfying and better for you.
  • Don’t Deny Yourself. This is probably the most important step. No matter what food item is craved, be sure to include a serving or two of it in your meal planning for the week. It is human nature to eventually binge on those items we try to completely avoid until we have satisfied the body’s craving.

WHAT DO I EAT?

Your eating plan for SUPREME or RX Caps is a simple, “No Diet” system consisting of:

  • A MINIMUM of 10-12 ounces of protein (chicken, seafood, lean red meat) daily.
  • Unlimited fruits & vegetables,
  • Keep high sugar fruits to every other day
  • 1 dairy daily
  • 2 starchy carb servings
  • Drink 64 ounces of water daily
  • Take your supplements

If you register on the FitAmerica.com website (which is free) and login, your landing page will be the WELLNESS CENTER, which is full of all kinds of helpful information.  We suggest you do the Personal Health Diagnostic also to see what may be blocking your body’s ability to lose weight too.

7-DAY PREP DIET & CLEANSING WEEK

For best results, eat a “cleansing diet” while using Quick Start Cleanser for 7 days. This 7 day period stabilizes sugar levels, regains hormone balance, eliminates toxic build-up and prepares the body for weight loss.  The eating guide for this 7-Day Prep Week is:

  • Limit starchy carbohydrates (breads, rice, pasta, potato) to a single serving  (approximately 20 grams) per day.

  • Eat unlimited protein: seafood, chicken, turkey, beef, pork, eggs,  soy products.

  • You may have hard cheeses,  low fat cottage cheese and plain yogurt without fruit.

  • Eat unlimited non-starchy green vegetables such as lettuce, spinach, broccoli, asparagus, green peppers, green onions, cucumbers and celery.

  • Avoid most fruits.  You may have a handful of blueberries OR strawberries OR raspberries OR blackberries once or twice each day.

  • Drink eight,  8-ounce glasses of water each day (64 ounces).

  • You may have coffee, tea, iced tea or water.  No soda, diet soda, alcohol or juices.

  • 5-6 small meals are preferred over 2-3 large ones. Try not to eat after 7:00 PM.

 

IS CLEANSING IMPORTANT?

The Quick Start Cleanser is used as a 7-day cleansing process to prepare the body for weight loss and rid it of toxins and food waste.

There are eating guidelines that accompany the cleansing week to help you maximize your results. You will receive a brochure when you purchase your product that includes the 7-day prep week diet plan. You can take other supplements with the cleanser too - the cleanser removes toxins not nutrients. You also want to be sure and drink lots of water… 64 ounces of water daily will assist the cleansing process and water is also the only thing that flushes fats from the body.

HOW OFTEN CAN I CLEANSE?

Cleansing is recommended every 3-6 months if needed.  This is largely dependent upon your personal health & dietary challenges.  (People with Candida, for example, will cleanse more often).  Most people cleanse at the beginning of their program and do not cleanse again unless they hit a weight plateau.  If you are eating properly, you should not need to cleanse more than every 3 – 6 months.

Quick Start Cleanser can be used with any weight loss program and is an excellent option for plateau breaking.

CLEANSING WITH SUPPLEMENTS

There is no problem taking supplements while you cleanse.  The Cleanser is designed to remove toxins & food waste – not nutrients.  In fact, taking your weight loss product during cleansing will help control appetite and make it easier to follow the 7-day cleansing food plan.

Our Personal Health Diagnostic is a questionnaire that you complete online, which identifies eating habits, lifestyle, medication use and family history. The Diagnostic also identifies nutritional deficiencies that are likely to be present due to medications and lists the leached nutrients that can be replenished through diet and vitamin supplementation.
